Delivery & Packaging

All orders will have a postage & packaging charge to pay. They will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class unless you specify you'd like to use their Special Delivery Service (guaranteed delivery by 1 the next day). We do recommend that clients use this service. For any overseas orders please contact us for postage & packaging charges. We reserve the right to amend carriage charges as and when necessary. We cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss of an order whilst in transit as once an order has been sent via Royal Mail or a specified Courier Service, it is no longer the responsibility of Fortune Chocolate. If you haven't received your order within 7 working days from postage date, your order will be considered 'lost'. In the unlikely event of this occurring we will provide 'proof of sending'. However if an order is sent via Special Delivery then compensation is available.

Order Timescales & Payment

If a client has decided to use our label re-designing services then we like to have the order finalised a month+ in advance of the delivery date. Once the client has decided to go ahead with an order we will send out an invoice and on receipt of payment of the designers fee we will then proceed with the label design work. Sample designs will not be sent until payment is received. The remaining payment needs to be paid before we start working on an order. Payment can be made securely on the website using Paypal for Gift Boxes and Sample Bags but all other payment is made via BACs transfer or cheque.

Bespoke Chocolate Label Designing Services

If you would like your chocolate labels designed to your specification please contact us to discuss ideas and prices. You will be offered 3 sample designs to choose from based on the brief taken. The fee for using the design service is charged per design chosen. In order for us to be able to match as closely as possible specific colours we ask that you supply us with a colour code if possible and send via email or post any samples for reference. Please bear in mind that when labels are printed tones can vary slightly. Please also note that we may place photographs of your finished label designs on our website unless specifically requested not to do so.

Our Scrumptious Chocolate

We have Champagne Truffles and non-alcoholic options too. We cannot guarantee that our chocolates don't contain any traces of nuts. The shelf life of our chocolate is around 3-4 months from the date of delivery if they are stored correctly in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and not in the fridge!

Edible 'Fortune' Messages

These are printed on edible rice paper using food safe inks so safe for you & the environment! If you are writing your own they can be up to 100 characters in length, including spaces etc.

Samples

Sample bags of 3 chocolates are available to order via paypal on our Personalised Wedding Favour page (hyperlink at the bottom of the page). The price of the samples is redeemable if you go on to place an order of 75+ chocolates.

Cancellation, Refunds & Availability

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on label design work or chocolates once payment if any work has taken place on your order. All orders are placed subject to availability. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your order exactly to your specification we will contact you immediately and offer either a refund or an alternative flavour.
